Shriners to hold Davison mini-clinic

DAVISON TWP. — The Shriners will hold a mini-clinic at the Davison Masonic Temple, 9108 Davison Rd., from 12-3 p.m. The clinic is for children with: scoliosis, brittle bone disease, orthopedic problems of Cerebral Palsy, rheumatoid arthritis, rickets, spina bifida, limb deficiencies and growth problems, club foot or dislocated hip, leg length discrepancies, missing limbs, cleft palate, dwarfism, burns, acute fresh burns, reconstructive surgery to healed burns and scarring and facial deformity.

Bring the child to the miniclinic to receive a referral for free surgery of treatment at a Shriners Hospital for Children.

Parents are guardians must present copies of the child's birth certificate, immunization records, Social Security number and any divorce or custody degrees and adoption papers.
